TempMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses that automatically expire after 60 minutes of inactivity. The service allows users to:

• Generate temporary email addresses instantly
• Receive emails at these temporary addresses
• View received emails and attachments
• Access the service without registration or personal information

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Uses

• Protecting your primary email from spam
• Testing websites and applications
• One-time registrations and verifications
• Receiving temporary communications
• Privacy protection for online activities

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for:

• Illegal activities or violation of any laws
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Circumventing security measures or access controls
• Creating accounts for services that explicitly prohibit temporary emails
• Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

4. Service Limitations

4.1 Temporary Nature

• Email addresses expire after 60 minutes of inactivity
• Emails and attachments are automatically deleted after 60 minutes
• No guarantee of email delivery or service availability
• No backup or recovery of deleted emails

4.2 Technical Limitations

• Attachment size limits may apply
• Some email providers may block emails to temporary addresses
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• Rate limiting may be applied to prevent abuse

5. Privacy and Data

• We do not require registration or personal information
• Emails are automatically deleted after 60 minutes
• We do not store or access the content of your emails

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TempMail and its licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
